Usage characteristics:

This machine is suitable for continuous punching operations on non-metallic roll materials with regular cutting patterns (or the same specifications) and large-scale production using formed knife molds, especially suitable for industries such as sports equipment (balls), sandpaper, and medicine.

(1) Adopting a double oil cylinder, gantry type guide and precision four column automatic balance connecting rod structure, ensuring the same cutting depth at each cutting position.

(2) Using clamp automatic feeding, cross light positioning system, and precision screw transmission device, the movement positioning is accurate and the operation is stable.

(3) Adopting pneumatic or manual pressing with rubber rollers, the computer fully controls the lateral displacement distance of the punch and the feeding distance of the clamp.

(4) Featuring a special punching mode with automatic misalignment and tool reduction, it can extract materials for punching, reduce losses, and save raw materials.

(5) There are three different punching modes: manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic. The operation is selected according to the product process requirements. Workers only need to pick up finished materials, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency.
