Usage characteristics:

This machine is mainly used for trimming, cutting, and slicing different widths of straight and 45 degree diagonal lines on similar materials such as fabrics, leather, foam, hard paper, reflective materials, etc. It is widely suitable for industries such as clothing, swimwear, bags, and home textiles.

1. Customized according to the width of the cut material, it can meet the production requirements of different customers.

2. The transmission part adopts a precision four column, double oil cylinder automatic balance connecting rod structure, which enables the cutting blade to move up and down, with a large cutting force and smooth operation.

3. The feeding mechanism adopts a pair of roller stepper feeding, which can achieve arbitrary cutting of materials with a finding degree greater than 40mm.

4. The computer automatically coordinates and controls the feeding distance, cutting and discharging, supplemented by the anti deviation tape conveying and retrieving of the discharge workbench, resulting in extremely high feeding and effective efficiency.

5. Adopting a high-speed edge cutting system with a cutting spindle and circular cutter power, achieving high and low speed control and cutting width adjustment.

6. The safety protection device adopts infrared scanning light curtain and protective cover.
