1. Adopting a dual oil cylinder and precision four column double connecting rod balance structure, ensuring even cutting depth at each cutting position.

2. Adopting PLC computer touch screen control program and servo motor drive conveying system to ensure stable feeding distance and running speed.

3. The feeding and discharging of the material to be cut are all carried out on a special PU circulating conveyor belt, and the punching and cutting action of the material is directly carried out on the conveyor belt.

4. The four column manual adjustable lower limit blocking device effectively controls the cutting depth.

5. When the cutting pressure plate descends and contacts the cutting die, it automatically cuts slowly to ensure that there is no dimensional error between the upper and lower layers of the cutting material.
