Usage characteristics:

This machine is suitable for continuous punching operations on non-metallic roll materials with regular cutting patterns (or the same specifications) and large-scale production using formed knife molds, especially suitable for industries such as sports equipment (balls), sandpaper, and medicine.

1. Adopting a double oil cylinder and precision four column gantry frame structure, it has high strength and does not deform.

2. Using a precision screw transmission device, the movement and positioning are accurate and the operation is smooth.

3. Adopting pneumatic or manual pressing with rubber rollers, the computer fully controls the lateral displacement distance of the punch and the feeding distance of the pressure roller.

4. Featuring a special punching mode with automatic misalignment and tool reduction, it can extract materials for punching, reduce losses, and save raw materials.

5. There are two types of punching methods: semi-automatic and fully automatic. Workers only need to pick up finished materials, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency.
